1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A trader is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of the Contract and Correction of Input Errors
The purchase contract is concluded with Sandelfe.
By displaying products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can also view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs are charged in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding the shipping costs can be found in the respective offers.
You generally have the option of collecting your order from Ali Hasret Özcan, Menzelstraße 6, 15831 Blankenfelde-Mahlow, or from our shop at Beselerstr. 3, 12249 Berlin, Germany, during the following business hours: by appointment.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount using PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, log in using your access details and confirm the payment instruction to us.
After you place the order in our shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount using Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us.
Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will then be carried out immediately by Sofort and your account will be debited.
Giropay
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s website. To pay the invoice amount using Giropay, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us.
Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will then be carried out immediately and your account will be debited.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Damage During Transport
If goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during transport, please report such damage to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights or your ability to enforce them, particularly your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance provider.
8. Statutory Warranty Rights and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory provisions governing liability for defects apply.
For used goods, the following applies: if a defect occurs more than one year after delivery of the goods, claims relating to defects are excluded. Defects occurring within one year of delivery may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery.
The above limitations and shortened limitation periods do not apply to claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:
• in the event of injury to life, limb or health;
• in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraudulent conduct;
• in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting party may regularly rely;
• within the scope of a guarantee, where agreed; or
• where the German Product Liability Act applies.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
